The background.

Senior living is currently unattractive. Let’s create space for new ways of living and new life feelings!

  • Loneliness and social isolation
  • Loss of purpose and lack of participation
  • Inadequate housing market
  • Limited mobility and autonomy
  • Fragmented healthcare
  • Aging-in-place paradox

A true story – the challenges.

I lived in a beautiful house and could determine my life myself. Then came the shock. Unexpectedly, I had to move into a nursing home. My mobility was limited. I had to get up at 7:30 a.m. every day because that’s when breakfast was served – though I’m a night owl. My friends, whom I used to meet regularly, I rarely saw due to strict visiting hours. I had to give up my beloved cat because pets weren’t allowed – it broke both our hearts. I used to be active, but without interactions with younger people, that changed quickly. Life no longer felt meaningful, and I had no purposeful activity to motivate me. It was simply a sad time.

The solution.

We focus our thinking and actions on self-determination. We are enablers of self-determined living in the third phase of life.

What is the quality of self-determination? We create sustainable quality in the key dimensions. What range of services is necessary for this? We create a high-quality range of services for each quality dimension, which is based on an individual-communal approach.
